Chinquapin is a private condominum complex located just off of North Lake Blvd. in between Kings Beach and Tahoe City. This gorgeous lakefront community is comprised of 95 wooded acres. There are over 23 different floor plans at Chinquapin and three types of locations – lakefront, lake view and forest view. Not all unit sizes are available in all three locations.
Chinquapin Condo Amenities
Amenities at Chinquapin include private beach access, tennis courts, and swimming pool. Buoys at Chinquapin are available for homeowners to purchase for 1 year. Piers are available for docking boats for homeowners only. Mello Roos & HOA fees vary for each unit. Membership at Chinquapin is mandatory.
