Kings Beach
Kings Beach is located in North Lake Tahoe where Highway 267 runs into Lake Tahoe. This lake community is quickly becoming more popular. Homes in Kings Beach range is style and price. Some homes are within walking distance to Lake Tahoe and have some incredible views! Others are located on or near the golf course or in some of the smaller neighborhoods set back from the lake.
Only a few areas have HOA dues and there are no amenities in Kings Beach. However, the local beach offers fun summer activities including volley ball courts, basketball courts, parasailing & kayak & canoe rentals, sandy beach, BBQ pits, and grassy fields.
