Lahontan
Lahontan is a private golf community located off Highway 267 between Truckee and Northstar. This gorgeous neighborhood is comprised of nearly 880 acres of open space and 509 home sites. Homeowners in Lahontan enjoy beautiful views of the golf course, Martis Valley and Northstar.

Golf Course: 18-hole championship course and the new nine hole Par-3 course designed in 1998 by Tom Weiskopf.
Golf Membership: entitled to use all Club Facilities generally available for use by Members. Golf Members will pay golf cart fees but will not be required to pay green fees or court fees. Golf Members are entitled to reserve golf tee times and tennis court times. Golf Members are entitled to three votes per Golf Membership on all matters to be voted on by the Members of the Club.
Social Membership: entitled to use all of the Social Facilities of the Club. Social Membership does not entitle the member to use the Golf Facilities. Social Members will not be required to pay tennis court fees, and are entitled to reserve tennis court times in accordance with the policies of the Club announced from time to time. Social Members are entitled to one vote per Social Membership on all matters submitted to Members for approval with the exception of capital expenditures relating to the Golf Facilities, which will be voted on separately by, and assessed separately to, the Golf Members.
