Tahoe Donner is a large subdivision made up primarily of second homes conveniently located in the upper part of Truckee. Homes in Tahoe Donner vary in size and price. Amenities

Summer activities include the Alder Creek Campground, Beach Club Marina (private beach at Donner Lake with boat rentals), the equestrian center, and the tennis center. Other amenities include volleyball courts, basketball courts, family swimming pool, children’s play area, archery, and tons of hiking and biking trails. Winter activities include downhill ski area, cross country ski area, and children’s snow play area. The Trout Creek Rec Center is open year round and features: weight room, cardio room, rec pool, lap pool, fitness classroom, steam room, sauna, spas, and massage treatments by appointment.
Fees
All homeowners in Tahoe Donner must pay the annual HOA dues. There is an additional fee that homeowners may pay for the rec center and golf course. There are also additional condo HOA fees for condo homeowners in Tahoe Donner.
