Dollar Point
Dollar Point is a small community of single family homes located on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe between Kings Beach and Tahoe City. This lovely neighborhood is in walking distance to the lake and many homes enjoy incredible lake views.
Amenities for homeowners in Dollar Point include: tennis courts, swimming pool, horseshoes, pier, buoy, and coming soon is bacchi ball & shuffle board. Buoys in this community are on the lottery and are for members only. The lottery drawing is typically in March every year and there are no buoys available for rent. DPA has 514 members & 63 buoys. There is one public pier at Dollar Point for loading and unloading only. Most homes do not pay an HOA fee and there is only a fee for the rec membership. There is a one time initiation fee for the membership fee and an ongoing annual membership fee.
