The Ritz-Carlton will be Lake Tahoe’s first 5 star resort! The resort is located between Lake Tahoe and Truckee near Northstar. The resort will have ski-in/ski-out access and its own private ski chair lift. There will be 173 rooms, 75 residences and 78 fractional ownership (1/12 share) residences.
Owners at the Ritz-Carlton will have the option to purchase a membership with the Tahoe Mountain Club which will give access to amenities at Old Greenwood and Gray’s Crossing.
There are HOA dues for owners at the Ritz-Carlton.
