Serene Lakes
Serene Lakes is a community located at the top of Donner Summit (west of Donner Lake & Truckee heading up Old Highway 40). This area is truly named appropriately with its serene and beautiful surroundings. The area gets quite a lot of snow in the winter months and Royal Gorge, Boreal & Sugar Bowl are located very near. In the summer homeowners can enjoy the lake for swimming and boating.
Some areas within Serene Lakes have HOA dues.
