Soda Springs
Soda Springs is a smaller community located at Donner Summit (west of Truckee heading up Old Highway 40). This area gets quite a lot of snow in the winter months and access can be difficult at times. There are some gorgeous properties that are very private and secluded. Boreal and Sugar Bowl are 2 ski resorts located nearby.
There are HOA dues in a few areas in Soda Springs, but there are not dues in most parts.
