Prosser
Prosser is a lovely neighborhood located just north of downtown Truckee heading north on Highway 89. Prosser is made up of primarily full time residents. This area is very heavily treed and has a private, secluded feel. Prosser Lake is nearby which provides great lake activities like boating and fishing. There are miles and miles of trails throughout Prosser for hiking, biking, snow shoeing and cross country skiing.
There is no HOA or amenities in Prosser.
