Rubicon Bay
Rubicon Bay is another small community located on Lake Tahoe’s West Shore. This part of Tahoe is ideally located between Sugarpine Point State Park and D.L. Bliss State Park. The bay is also lined with a beautiful sandy beach along the lake.
Homes vary in size and price and many have that old-Tahoe style feel. Some homes have HOA dues and some have pier and buoy access, but not all.
