Tahoma is a small town located on Lake Tahoe’s West Shore near Sugarpine State Park. Some of the least expensive real estate on the West Shore can be purchased in Tahoma. The West Shore has great year round amenities including miles and miles of trails for hiking & biking, Homewood Ski Area, Meeks Bay, Sugarpine Point Park, D.L. Bliss, and Desolation Wilderness.
There are HOA dues for some properties in this area which includes private beach, pier, and buoys available for rental.
