Many thanks for your interesting article.I'm sorry I cannot add more to it as I've got no practical knowledge with real estate, but can you help me as you appear like a wealth of knowledge. If I advertise my own, personal home without a real estate agent, what is my direct exposure to liability to a customer? Suggest I sell a residence that has known or unidentified defects. What is the liability I’m subjected to, if this is not revealed to the buyer? I’m sure all states are different, but I’m sure there are some typical guidelines. Specifically, I would like to know what Nebraska’s are usually, if achievable. Thanks in advance.
