The Resort at Squaw Creek is located in Olympic Valley (between Truckee and Tahoe City). In 2005 the resort was transformed from a hotel into beautiful condominiums available for purchase. The condos are available for purchase as fee simple ownership and come in studio, one, two, three bedroom units, and penthouse suites. The condos have incredible views of the valley and the ski hill at Squaw, ski-in/ski-out access, and many luxurious upgrades.

Along with the Resort at Squaw Creek, there are also homesites available at Squaw Creek. These are located on the south side of Olympic Valley (between Truckee and Tahoe City) near the Resort. There are 48 parcels and 12 of these are located right on the golf course. Other homesites have great views of the ski hill at Squaw and the surrounding mountains.

Owners of single family homes in Squaw Creek currently have the capability to use the amenities at the Resort at Squaw Creek.

Creekside Estates is a newer, private community located at the east end of  Olympic Valley (between Truckee and Tahoe City). Creekside Estates is made up of just 24 home sites, many of which have incredible views of the ski hill at Squaw Valley.

There are monthly HOA dues for properties in Creekside Estates.

Painted Rock is a private, gated community located on the east end of Olympic Valley (between Truckee and Lake Tahoe). Painted Rock is made up of just 35 parcels and some have great views of the ski area at Squaw, Squaw Creek and/or Painted Rock.

There are HOA dues in Painted Rock and homeowners are currently able to use the amenities at the Resort at Squaw Creek.
