Schaffer’s Mill (formerly Timilick) is a gorgeous mountain and golf community located between Truckee and Northstar off Highway 267. Schaffer’s Mill is comprised of 475 acres and 218 custom home sites and townhomes. Many home sites in Schaffer’s Mill have views of the Carson Range and Martis Valley.

Amenities at Schaffer’s Mill include the recently opened Johnny Miller & John Harbottle 18 hole championship golf course, swimming pool, and tennis courts. The Blackrock clubhouse has a restaurants, fitness center, locker rooms, spa, lounge and outdoor patio with BBQ pits.
