Tahoe Park is a community of single family homes located on Lake Tahoe’s West Shore. Sunnyside, Firesign, the bike path and Tahoe Park Beach are all within walking distance to this lovely neighborhood.
There is a yearly HOA fee to the Tahoe Park Association which affords access to 3 acres of private lakefront land, picnic grounds, 2 piers, and buoy field.
One of the most special neighborhoods on Lake Tahoe’s West Shore is this small community called Tahoe Hills. Many homes here have fantastic views of Lake Tahoe’s Meeks Bay and Rubicon Bay. Some homes back to National Forest Land where hiking and biking trails are at your fingertips. The sandy beaches of Meeks Bay are just a couple minutes walk from most properties.
Tahoe Hills is near Meeks Bay Marina and beach where boat slips are available to rent.
On the West Shore of Lake Tahoe just past Sunnyside and the Tahoe State Recreation Area, is a lovely, quiet community called Timberland Tract. Many homes here have that quaint and rustic “cabin feel.” Lake Tahoe is just a short walk away for most homeowners here.
