Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is perfect for two families with kids. The convenient location gives you easy access to several world-class ski resorts such as Squaw Valley, Northstar, Alpine Ski Resort, Sugarbowl, and Boreal. Whether you are

on your vacation to snowboard, ski, enjoy the world class cross country ski center, snow play, or just curl up in a cozy blanket and sip on some hot cocoa, our cabin has everything you need.

Our home welcomes you with newer designer furnishings like our gorgeous aspen wood log beds. The master bedroom, has an amazing king size log bed. The Guest bedroom features a queen size log bed, and the third room, or kids room, features two lodge style large log bunks, sleeping four kids. All the bedding is designer and new.

A spacious window in the front living room and window slider out the back lets you soak up the morning sunlight while the woodburning stove warms the entire cabin. The back of the house opens up to the redwood deck and a forest-like setting. The house backs up to a greenbelt and has a great sloped sledding hill for the kids during the winter.

In the non-winter months, the deck transforms itself into the perfect outdoor living space to sit peacefully under the shade of pine trees to enjoy your coffee or tea. Relax with a bottle of wine and enjoy a barbecue dinner under the stars.

Tahoe Donner is a highly desirable, mountain community located in the historic town of Truckee. Truckee and Tahoe Donner community are easily accessible from Highway 80. On your doorstep is historic downtown Truckee which boasts superb restaurants, and a chic shopping district. Lake Tahoe itself is only 16 miles away. The community is perfect for families, especially if you have children. You really don’t need to travel more than three miles to ski, sled, swim,bike,X-country ski, or play tennis.

If you are interested in having the refridgerator fully stocked, or just partially stocked with specialty items, please let us know in advance. We can accomodate for a small fee. Basic spices are provided complimentary (salt, pepper, cinnamon, garlic salt).

Rate Details:
Winter Season: (November-April)…..non holiday $250.00/night, (2 night minimum).
Holiday Rate: $375.00/night (3 night minimum).Christmas & New Year’s (4/nt min).
Summer Season: (May- November)…..non holiday $200.00/night (2 night min)
Cleaning Fee: $150.00 (non-refunable)
10% City Tax will be added to above rates.(non-refundable)
Security Deposit: $400.00 ( Refundable)
All Seasons- strictly: No pets: No smoking
After 4 night stay, nightly price is reduced.(non-holiday)
