Steadfast and ready to please, Jenny McDermott takes her Executive Assistant responsibilities personally to ensure each real estate transaction goes as smoothly as possible. Her background in working with diverse individuals provides Jenny with a talent to accept the challenges that come within today’s real estate market. And that’s not surprising; in her free time, Jenny finds plenty of time to help those who need it most. She has a grand appreciation for the great outdoors as an avid snowboarder, mountain biker and competitive runner. An explorer at heart, Jenny also loves to travel, read a good book and enjoy a great meal with friends and family. As a recent graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Jenny is accomplished in many ways and provides a perfect balance to Team Granger Properties.

When she’s not helping others, Kristen likes to help the environment as a relentless recycler! And although she has calm demeanor, Kristen is well practiced in the martial arts – holding a Black Belt for her high degree of competence in this ancient art form. Teri began her love of residential real estate twenty years ago when she purchased her first home for an income property.Over the next fifteen years, she and her husband bought and sold several other properties making it a part of their investment portfolio.After this personal success, she was motivated to help others achieve their real estate goals and became a California licensed agent.For the next five years Teri sold homes in the southern part of the Central Coast.A small investment property and a fractional ownership in a vacation home locally started an attraction to Truckee.Since deciding to relocate to this north shore area of Lake Tahoe three years ago, Teri has taken her real estate business in a new direction by helping other agents succeed in their sales transactions by providing her organizational skills and expertise in coordinating the details during the escrow process.
