A great place for a quick breakfast or lunch bagel, Syd’s serves every imaginable topping at a great price.

Rubicon Deli –  401 Lake Blvd, Tahoe City 530-583-0577
Located at Hwy 89 at Granlibakken Road in the Tahoe Tree Company, Rubicon can be hard to spot but worth the hunt. They serve the best sandwiches in Lake Tahoe. They offer gourmet bread, meats, and awesome mustards. The Tree Company also has much more than trees. There is a beautiful garden and wonderful gift shop to browse through.

Located near Fanny Bridge. Bridge Tender is a Lake Tahoe institution with great burgers and a funky casual atmosphere.

Great lakefront spot. Hang out on the large deck in the summer and enjoy the view or take a picnic onboard while you take a boat out for a spin. Reservations are a must. The lake’s dining deck is always hopping, so if you don’t want to wait, call ahead. Tables inside are often easier to come by, however, and most of the indoor tables do have lake views.
